Order Processing
Upon placing an order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Each items gets a check and a quality-control inspection, prior to shipping. Orders are dispatched from our workshop in the Dutch Caribbean, typically within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Duration
Shipping to your destination may take approximately 8-15 business days. Please note that being situated on an island may result in longer shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

High-Volume Periods
During periods of high sales volume or special events, order processing may exceed the standard 1-3business days. If you have a specific shipping deadline, such as for a trip or a birthday, please inform us via order comments or email. We will endeavor to expedite your order accordingly.

Tracking Information
All deliveries come with a track and trace number for your convenience. Once your order is packed and prepared for shipment, you will receive an email containing detailed tracking information. Kindly note that while we generate shipping labels online, tracking details may take some time to be updated by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

– Bonaire to US, Canada & Europe: Fixed rate $30. Free shipping above $175.

– Bonaire to Aruba, Curacao & Sint Maarten: Fixed rate $30. Free shipping above $175.

Please be aware that delivery times may vary, typically ranging from 8-15 days. However, due to the overseas routing from Bonaire, occasional delays may occur.

International Shipments
Customers may be subject to import taxes, duties, or tariffs imposed by their respective countries. Please note that customs processing times can introduce unpredictability to the expected delivery date for international shipments.
